Lo studio si inserisce nel processo sinodale che è in atto nella Chiesa. L’ipotesi è che per una nuova forma di intelligenza ed esercizio della vita e della missione della Chiesa bisogna partire dalle nuove generazioni che al Sinodo dei vescovi sui giovani (2018) hanno risvegliato il tema della sinodalità. Per evitare il rischio della superficialità e dell’improvvisazione, occorre che la sinodalità sia il frutto di un cammino formativo dove vengano progressivamente esplicitate motivazioni (“annunciando” al giovane il “perché” della sinodalità), significati (attraverso pratiche comunitarie), contenuti e metodi per la realizzazione di processi “sinodali”. Pertanto, nell’articolo si fanno convergere alcune istanze sulla sinodalità, maturate nel Concilio Vaticano II e rilanciate da papa Francesco, in un percorso catechistico e “sinodale” con i giovani, declinato lungo i versanti specifici del primo annuncio, dell’iniziazione cristiana e della formazione permanente.

Abstract
The study is part of the current synodal process. The hypothesis is that for a new form of understanding and exercise of the life and mission of the Church, it is necessary to start with the new generations that at the Synod of Bishops on Young People (2018) awakened the theme of synodality. In order to avoid the risk of superficiality and improvisation, synodality must be the fruit of a formative journey where motivations (“announcing” to the young person the “why” of synodality), meanings (through community practices), contents and methods for the realization of “synodal” processes are progressively made explicit. Therefore, the article converges on some requests of synodality, which emerged in the Second Vatican Council and have been relaunched by Pope Francis, in a catechetical and “synodal” pathway with young people, in specific terms of the first announcement, Christian initiation and ongoing formation.
