Abstract
It underscores the impact of gentleness or nonviolence of Saint Francis de Sales on the life and work of the ‘Father and Teacher of Youth’. It is the tenth chapter of the book and the first of twelve peace characteristics attributed to the nineteenth-century saint. This article is an excerpt from the author’s elaborate theory-based study of Don Bosco’s Peace Culture (LAS, 2022).
